Latitude d410 dead

Hello,when I start my laptop (dell latitude d410)the leds: caps lock, numlock, scoll lock and hdd led turn on for 20 second without fan starting or image on the screen after that they turn off, my diagnostic tooks me to a dead fan I change it; and no result please help me..thx

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the motherboard and the power supply

unit is working properly. The problem could be coming from

these.

Thx Mr LouisSteph, for u'r rapid answer, so for u'r suggestion I have check the power supply unit is ok, for the mother board; dont know how to test it but I checked that there is power "3.2Vcc" delivered to the fan who works with "5Vcc"; hope to guide me to another way deep like how to confirm that my mother board is ok or my cpu also ok;thx

another PC to confirm the issue.

hi there,

seems that the motherboard has issues

and you may need to change it take it to an electronic

technician and get the capacitors checked
