Partition drive missing

Hello,

pls help me with my problem, i have laptop..having 500G hardisk, then i have the partition for 3drive..after a month, why i can't see anymore the other drives..only my C: and the Drive recovery i can see in my windows computer...but if i try to check on the computer management, under disk management...then YES i can see this 2 other drive but the name and label or the information of the drive has lost,,,but i can see the partition size value....the label and name was totally lost.

pls help me to solve this problem coz i have a lot of files which very important....
