Days since excluding weekends and holidays

Hello,

I am trying display the number of days since a given date, excluding holidays and weekends. The NETWORKDAYS function includes the start date, which I do not want added to the number of days. i.e. Start date is:12/16/09, Completion date:12/23/09, result is: 5 (workdays since start date).
