Hello,
this is sumanth i purchased the c-tel m258 mobile phone in big-c before one year but its panel colour is gone what i can do now?can you suggest me some answer

Dear Sumanth,

This should be a problem with the cables. If it is still on warranty,

please send it to the distributor for them to get the problem fixed.

Otherwise, send it for repair.
