Iternet problem

Hello,


there is a very strange thing going on with my internet. I can use and browse the internet fine but when a program trys to acess the internet that is not a browser my computer wont let it please help

also i have vista if that is any help

Dear Sir,

Please provide more information about which programs is

causing the problem. If ever the programs require Flash Player

please indicate so that we can provide you with a proper

solution.
