Hello,
my pc has a program security tools that says that the pc has a virus and will not let me do anything unless i pay with credit card but i dont know how that program went in my pc. it wont let me do anything, what can I do?

the anti virus you mention is a form of computer malware that deceives or misleads users into paying for the fake or simulated removal of malware.

it will probably lock your task manager,regedit ,cmd and many more important features in
