Problem of uninstalling RHEL dual OS with xp

Hello,
hi friends when i am istalling at that time i have given the super username as my name instead of root
after installing i have tried to set the kernal parameters but the message is displayed like that permission is denied there is any solution to to change name to root or only solution to remove linux and install it please tell me solution?
