Laptop wont lay my dvd r-

Hello,

I have a fujitsu siemens amilo laptop model: L7320GW

I have had someone burn me a DVD in R- format and my DVD player wont open it. I can play all other DVDs and audio CD's on my laptop and I have also downloaded Nero and still it wont play.

Is there anything else I can do?

hi there,

the disk may be corrupted during burning

try it on other pc and give results obtained
