Mail id not opening

Hello,
my mail id gets me signed in, but gets not responding showing the half page of my mail page

Dear Sir,

This should normally be a problem in contacting the server.

If the problem persists, please contact the email service

provider's support to have the problem fixed. Yet check

whether it has not been blocked by any plug in.
