Hi Lucy,

Please give more details about the matter and also check

your motherboard, graphic card, RAM sticks and power

supply unit for knowing which of these is responsible for

the crash. Please confirm the matter for further help.

yes the computer crashed. its a packard bell and we couldnt find the recovery disc then to help things my son put in a toshiba recovery disc and now its got toshiba logos and everything else is toshiba thanks
