I can't install magic jack

Hello,
i pluged magicjack and i follow all the process to start magicjack but it doesn't start. i like to mention that the blue light appear on magic jack

I bought a magicJack in the USA, I've installed but I didn't use it. How can I activate it? Thank you

Hi, Have you registered it? ie. your email address and special registration code they gave you?
