Computer not rebooting in safe mode

When I start My Laptop A Windows Come that
1 Safe mode
2 safe mode with networking
3 start windows normally

but even after Opening In Safe Mode Its Reboot

So I install the windows xp
It shows that

1 For Install Xp Press Enter
2 For Repair Press R
3 For Exit Press F3

but when i press enter it shows an error for the drivers of the hardisk

the same problem occurs when i type r

you can try by changing the SATA MODE to IDE mode in the bios settings, and check with reinstalling the windows. if you are using a Laptop.
its not working
