problems on vista Closed

Question

Hello,
i'm new to this world of computers but i need help to resolve my issues currently.
first of all when i login to my account on my windows vista the screen is always black with only the mouse,
on top of that the other user accounts seem to not work any more, it first says welcome usually to logon
but few seconds later like 5 or 6 logs off with ever reaching the start up or anything. 
please help.

hi there,

remove your battery and press power button

then after some minutes reseat battery and press power

it will be ok or boot by windows disk and make a repair or recovery

Hello again i think i fixed most of my problems but there are still some.
i read a answer here to my black screen problem and barely fixed the other accounts.
but i have to use task manager every time i logon and the other accounts as well, and to open up each account
i had to change all 4 accounts so they are all adminstrators.
i do not want to use task manager every time and the other accounts as adminstrators.
i again require help please.
