Can't download from the internet

Hello,each time I go online and try to download anything from the internet my PC shuts down and then re-starts. What can I do? I've scan for viruses already and the same thing keeps happening.

Hi There
My friend has the same problem I think you have been hit with a Virus but you present virus program is not finding it.
Unfortunatley I cannot help you at the moment as I am still trying to investigate what has happend to my mates PC.
If I find a cure I will let you know. Meanwhile I will watch this thread with interest.
