i am vasudevan from guruvayoor near thrissur. i am using nokia 5130 xpress music.. but nowdays its not working properly. before 2 days it got formatted automatically and lost all the default contents in the phone such as themes,messages,tones etc and so the music player is not working.(but can play song using the side keys).so i wnt to knw how to solve this pbm. i bought it on last march.so the warranty period is not over and so i want to know whether i can exchange this phone with a new one.
