Forgot my laptobp bios password

Hello,
i am having compaq laptop and i just add bios password and now i forgot what i type is there anyway to break it ? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey turn off your laptop.remove the CMOS Battery a silver colour 3vbattery inside ur PC & THEN just ON ur PC & THEN OFF. place the battery from where u,hv removed .Done
