Problem in downloading nokia pc suite

Hello,
i have purchased nokia e63 and i installed nokia pc suite from nokia portal, given only for nokia e63. i had installed it as per required procedure in my system, then i connected my nokia device with my system but it showed some infrared related problem after clicking on ok it showed 3 option , for data cble, infrared& bluetooth, but there was no scope to click on any option. i had tried all the ports of my laptop.

please help

that means you are not able to connect your ph to pc. have you try to re-install that software ? after it ask for data cable or bluetooth you have to conect your ph via cable have you done so? try it.
