Inserting rows automatically

Hello,
I want to put one formula or function or button in a cell that whatever no. I put in cell the same no. of rows containing some particular datas get inserted in following row.
One more thing how to use hyperlink for hided worksheet. Suppose I hide sheet2 and sheet1 is having one link that is hyper linked with sheet2 and when I click in corresponding cell in sheet1 then this hyperlink will not work.
