The blue bar

Hello,
I'm trying to completely restore my Dell Inspiron Mini to the form it came in when it was 1st opened. I see that I need to press ctrl and f11 when I see the blue bar that says www.dell.com, but the thing is, there is no blue bar! When I start my notebook I see a whole bunch of white words on a black screen then I get my windows Loading screen, Help me please I really want to restore my notebook

hi there,

use your recovery disc ,boot

from it and restore it to factory default

backup all data as it will be erased
