Asus drw not reading on PC dell

Hello,
I have mother board dell with 2 port sata one of them operates hard-disk and the other not able to operat a asus drw or any hardware, bls I wante to know the solve of this case.

it can be repaired by a qualified electronic technician

else you need to change the motherboard
