Cod4 switch computers

Hello,
i got cod4 last year and i got a new computer for xmas, how do i switch from my old comp to new comp?

Dear Sir,

Please try connecting its hard disk externally.

Remove the cable from the new computer's

CD Rom drive and plug the hard disk instead.
