The Hiren's download is an iso file. If you have Nero or one of the other CD/DVD programs it should have a option of writing a CD from an "image file" (that's what the iso file is). You need to find the "disk image" option for your software. I found it on Nero in rip & burn/burn data disk/image,project,copy/ disk image you then select the iso file and burn the CD.
If you don't have CD/DVD burning software you can download a copy of "IMGBURN" it work fine. Just Google for a download location.
