Sp3 problem

Hello,
i recently upgraded my laptops ram to 1GB and my dealer installed windows xp sp3 instead of installing sp2.it slowed down my computer.is there any way to uninstall sp3 without formatting?

hi there,

if he installed sp2 then make upgrade to sp3 then yes you can

or else you need to format it and re install windows

please give more information
