Internet Explorer 9 for Windows XP

I need help!!! I have my modem and router connected -- wireless -- for each of my 2 laptops. Both reflect "Excellent" strength in connections, however when I click on internet explorer....it states that I can't get on. It's driving me crazy!!!! Any ideas??

I have tried the internet options settings but this hasn't stopped me from getting on a few sites messages to enable JavaScript.

My computer tells me that the command regsvr32 is not recognized.

What else can I do?

I have installed Windows XP service pack 3, but I don't here any sound. Is there any new Realtek audio drivers for service pack 3? If yes, please give the link as soon as possible.

i am generally a pc freak so I am a bit shocked that I am stuck for once
basically I mess around with msconfig alot but when I install xp sp3 I cannot connect to the internet unless i'm on safe mode like now!

Hello,I am shivam and wanted to know about my windows xp startup problems.I can't boot my windows xp in any mode.I just go to "Ms config" and in "boot.inf" I select safe mode with minimal and after that I can't boot in any mode.After clicking in Safe mode My computer show some drivers and it restarts.I don't have any type of bootable cd .So please help me.Can this problem solve by changing Windows Xp to Windows 7?Please help me
