Not able to get into msconfig

Hello,
I am not able to get into any of my programs. what happened is, i went to msconfig then to startup and unchecked all the boxes so by system would reboot quicker. Since doing that I can't open any programs and I can't get back into msconfig as I get a warning I don't have access. Can't someone please help me so I cant get back into msconfig and check the boxes back on?

It's best to do a Windows XP repair/install to fix your Windows problems. You will find instruction here:

right, the best thing to do is to try and get into system restore, if you can't do that then you'll need to do a clean install of windows
