How to install Ethernet Controller drivers ?

Hello,
I have Win XP service pack 3 installed on my PC. Unfortunately I m missing with ethernet controller driver installation cd. Could anybody advice on how to download and install the ethernet controller drivers online? as there happened to be no direct option to search for required drivers online in device manager and it became difficult.

I have been trying to search the drivers online to install however in vain. As it only download generic softwares which only detects but ask for registration in order to download and install the drivers. Hardware details are Real tek Lan Card "RTL 8139D 73116S1" (Nothing else was written on the lan card except this).
