How can i remove iframe-inf virus from my pc

Hello,
I am using windows XP2, with two partition on hdd C: and D: drive. my computer was infected by iframe-inf virus some worms and torjan, i scaned with avast home edition antivirus, it remove torjan and worm but could not clena iframe-inf virus. So i decided to format my c: drive and install a new O.S, but it get infected again by iframe-inf virus. i even scaned it with avira antivirus but it didnot worked out for me. I installed new O.S for atleast 4 time but the result are same , every time my P.C get infected by ifame-inf virus.My D:drive contains all drivers and my private stuffs on it, should i take a backup and format both the partation,will tis fix my computer .Pls give me the required information to solve this problem.
