First, there is a countdown that the computer will restart from some error, i know how to stop the countdown. The whole command prompt thing and the "shutdown -a"
oh and when the computer is booted up, it takes forever for "explorer.exe" to start so I cant use the start button.
I use the task manager then run and "cmd" to type "shutdown -a"
but now the task manager wont open because it is disabled.
