Unspecified printer...I need it to be recogni

Hello,
Windows 7 calls my Canon Selphy720 unspecified and won't let me print with it...nothing I've tried to install or work with with windows 7 seems to be easy...they need to change their commercials...it's not as user friendly as they lead people to believe
