Hello,
i have just got a new laptop and i am on microsoft office word 2007, but it says you need to enter a product key... i have entered the one on the bottom but it says it is wrong. where can i find the product code????

That's the Windows key. You have a trial copy and will need to buy it from Microsoft. OpenOffice is FREE and can be downloaded (if you have fast broadband) for this site:

www.openoffice.org
