Hello,

i recently purchased an eiroga eseries E17. the problem is that i am unable to down load things and log on to my email address. the response i am getting is that i have insuffient memory. the phone memory is 250K. the phone says i only have 64K, and yet i have not saved anything to the phone memory. i have bought a 2GB memory stick which is not helping in resolving this problem. please advise.

Dear Bandito, 

If the phone is still on warranty, please send it to the store 

to get fixed up. Otherwise, have the phone restored to 

factory settings in order to have it functioning properly.

thanks for quick responce. my first option will be to restore the factory settings. i however donot have the input code for restoring the setting. kindly assist with the input code.
