itunes install Closed

Hello,
I have just bought a new 8gb ipod touch.
I have tried too install itunes so i can sync the ipod but I just can't install it. Can anyone tell me how too instal itunes if your pc refuses too install it?

Hi,
My pc lets you do all the setup and stuff but once you click install it stops halfway and says windows could not install. Please help?
