Question

Hello,
My daughter clicked on the safely remove hardware tab in the lower right hand side of our dell-vista computer..I think she removed driver-e cuz our computer will not rip,play,music or dvd can u help??

hi there,

under laptop there is a screw just below the cd drive

remove the screw and pull the cd drive

start laptop without it

the shut down and reseat the drive as it was and restart
