INSPIRON mini webcam help

Hello,
i have got a new INSPIRON mini, and im just getting the hang of things. But, i do not know how to change my webcam settings. I need to make the picture brighter because its very dark on my webcam. i would like to talk to my family and see them and for them to see me, but my webcam settings are just to dark :(
Where can i find the settings?

Look for the settings icon in the lower right of webcam central and you can adjust brightness and other visual settings.. It's still going to be dark though, I am not happy with this netbook/webcam combo.
