Dear Mondu,
If these maps were already in the phone when you purchased the phone, you will easily get them back through a simple restore. You should restore the phone to the factory settings and hence obtain them back. Before doing it please have the files on the phone backed up for you will lose them when you carry out the restore. Please have the clear instructions how you can do it from the below link:

From the above instructions, you will get the maps again. However if the maps were installed afterwards and was not inclusive in the phone software, you won't be able to get them back.
