Pci driver

Hello, i have a problem with my pc. after i formate it. i didn't have the pci modem driver. i've already search in the whole motherboard driver, and the result is nothing. give a solution please!
my motherboard is amptrone, my pc is pentium 4 using windows xp.

hey, ryan can you tell first what type of source you have used....for to install the driver..?
if you have tried from the motherboard cd (original one...)than surely it have...thought it haven't than download directly from the online...support..!
