Dear Rahul Jaiswal,
This is a common problem that will be easily be fixed withing a few steps. The first step will be looking for the regsvr.exe by geting to Start> Search. Then have the steps provided in the below Kioskea FAQ article in order to have the problem fixed.

Please follow the instructions carefully for if you modify anything else and leave errors in the registry it may cause different problems and the sources may remain undetectable.
