Windows cannot find regsvr.exe

Hello,
i am getting this error while opening the C:\ from My Computer
Windows cannot find regsvr.exe
pls help what to do ?

Try to repair your windows using your cd.

1.SCAN COMPUTER FROM QUICK HEAL BOOTABLE CD

2.AFTER SCANING FORMET THE COMPUTER

3.AFTER FORMETING THIS PROBLEM ARE SOLVE

4.YOU GET QUICK HEAL BOOTABLE CD FROM QUICK HEAL ANTI VIRUS
