Pc restart again & again

Hii
This is nirav , i have same problem in my desktop. When i start the desktop ,direct come to the screen

start with safe mode

start with networking

start with comand prompt

Last known good configuration.

start windows normally

etc.

When i chose any one then go to starting windows screen and after that restart the pc again and the same screen arrive.

Plz Help me if any solution without reinstall the OS again,,i can reactive the partition,,

plz mail me..as soon as pasiable bcoz its very urgent for me so that is a server pc,
