How to save names and #'s on the iphone 32gbc

Hello,
i am doing all the steps to save n store numbers when someone calls me only number comes up please help

Dear Sir,

This problem normally happens when you have saved the contact numbers and

names only on your SIM card. Please have them copied to your phone memory

and hence you will be indicated the names too when someone calls you.
