in my system i have firefox and chrome but they are not working properly

Please check whether you can connect to internet using another browser

like Internet Explorer and if you are aren't able to, it will imply that there

is a problem with the connection. Otherwise it may be a problem with the 

new browsers. Please confirm the source of the problem so that we can 

help you about it.
