TRANSFERING NIGHTMARE !!!!

Hello,
do you need to have a memory card in your phone to transfer files to the computer?
Please help. I can't figure it out. Its coming up on my phone that the usb is connected but it doesnt on the computer!!!!!!! thanks (: xxxxx

Dear Sir,

You will have to get the PC Suite for the specific mobile phone installed

first and if you are having trouble, simply get a card reader in order to

have the task completed.
