Mp3 files problem

Hello,
well i was on the computer transfering songs to the mp3 when i accidentely deleted the folders on the computer can any one help me please ?????

the files should be in the recycle bin and you can click restore to get them back. All deleted file go to the recycle bin before they are permanently removed.
