Hello,
I have just bought ipod 4th generation just few months ago nearly 3 months. And i haven't used it quite well but i have got problem in my menu button, it doesn't work sometimes.
can somebody give me some solution for this please.

Dear Raj,

The problem should be coming from the fact that the button is

stuck and you should get it to be repaired in order to no more

have the same difficulty.
