GPRS settings

My name is Amar. I am having a ZEN mobile and the model number is Z77. I have received an SMS from Tata Docomo number 52270 that my mobile supports MMS, Tata Docomo Dive In and GPRS and you shall receive the settings shortly.However, from last 7 days i have not received any settings from Tata Docomo.

You must contact the customer care and explain them the issue or request them the manual setting dfor activating gprs on your mobile phone and they will guide you.
