logitech x-540 bass not working Closed

Hello,
The bass on my x-540s was working up fine and I just noticed of late that it was extremely quiet so I did a quick test and there is little to no bass being pumped out. any help would be appreciated.

If you're using an onboard Realtek sound card, open Realtek HD Audio Manager and disable Bass Management (it's in speakers tab) if it's enabled.
