Black Screen

Hello,

I get a black screen after Windows logo...will not allow me to go into safe mode as well...it gets stuck...any other suggestions on what the problem may be?

Have a Dell PC w/Windows XP

Hi there,

try these tips:

Remove power cord,press power button to drain all current from power supply fro about 1 minute,replug it to power and boot system.
