MSN ISNT WORKING . PLEASE HELP !

About a week ago I signed onto msn and after about 2 minutes it just signed me out. I kept on trying to sign in and the same thing kept on happening. This carried on for like 3 more days then I tryed to uninstall and reinstall msn but it wasn't installing. THEN i downloaded a uninstaller to uninstall msn properly and I successfully redownloaded msn. Now that its downloaded whenever I try to sign on, it says I'm signing in but then just stops. I've deleted msn and reinstalled it like 15 times now and it still isn't working and I don't know how to fix it now.
I looked at the connection thingy and it said "You are currently not connected to the .Net Messenger Service". I don't even know what that means!?

Someone please tell me how I can fix this !
