Help!!!! excel is driving me nuts

Hello World,
i will make this short. i am trying to transfer data from one sheet to the next in the same work book. however all the originally data is transferring except for any new entries. so basically any information that was not originally inserted when the document was created will not be saved, so im unable to keep our books updated . heads up my VLOOK FORMULA may be off but i doubt it . thanks again.
