Cant add flash player in browser

Hello,
I have installed the adobe flash player but it does not show it in browser. Though i have installed it, whenever i used to play the video it asks me "Get Latest Adobe Flash Player".
So please tell me How can i add it in browser .

Dear Mayuri,

Please get to the download folder and reinstall it for it has not been installed. Have all the browsers closed while performing the installation. Also check whether it is the latest Adobe Flash Player that you are using.
